The first thing you need to do is create your envelope so it looks exactly how you want it to. Using Microsoft Word, create an envelope. You can use a template on Word, then change the size of the document or size and font of the text. Then make sure you add the return address to the top right hand side of the envelope. The center of the envelope is where you should put where it’s going.
Then, select the “Print” option, followed by “Printer Properties”. Now you must select “Envelope”.
Put your envelope in the input tray in the back of the machine in the center. Make sure the address section is facing down, then select print.
